Farmer dies in motorcycle collision in St Elizabeth

Forty-five-year-old Hayne Foster, a farmer of Park district, St Elizabeth, died from injuries sustained in a vehicular crash in the parish on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Reports are that about 1:50 p.m., Foster was riding a Champion CG motorcycle along Holt Main Road in Santa Cruz when he became involved in a three-vehicle collision with a Toyota Fielder and a Toyota Voxy.

All vehicles, including Foster's motorcycle, were extensively damaged, and Foster suffered severe injuries. He was rushed to Mandeville Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Santa Cruz Traffic Department is conducting an investigation into the incident.
